A suspected thief is in custody after sticking around a little too long at his crime scene. Rescue crews had to pull the man from the tiny window well of the private social club at 867 Bloor St. W., which is located at Bloor’s intersection with Ossington Avenue. The owner of the club arrived shortly before 6 a.m. on Monday to find the man with his feet outside sticking in the air and his head inside a basement window at the rear of the building. Police suspect he attempted to enter the premises around 2 a.m., which means he had been hanging upside down for at least four hours before being discovered.
